The organizer of this contest is Marketing-Gesellschaft Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien mbH(hereinafter “Organizer”) and Trixi Park, in cooperation with other major leisure attractions in the Upper Lusatia region. The respective cooperation partners are named or linked in the contest post.
Participation
All natural persons aged 18 or older who are residents of Germany are eligible to participate.
The entry period runs from August 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. until August 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
To participate validly, the terms and conditions listed in the contest post must be met:
- “Like” the giveaway post,
- follow the Instagram accounts @trixi_park and @freizeitknueller_oberlausitz ,
- tag a friend in the comments.
Sharing the giveaway post in your own Instagram Story—if you choose to do so—increases your chances of winning and counts as an additional entry.
Posting multiple comments with different friends you’d like to bring along does not increase your chances of winning.

Selection and Notification of the Winner
The winner will be selected at random after the entry period ends and notified by Trixi Park via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the organizer reserves the right to re-draw the prize.
Exclusion from the Contest
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to influence the contest through manipulation. Entries that violate applicable law or the organizer’s netiquette may be deleted.
Employees of MGO and its participating partners are excluded from participation.
Data Protection
The personal data collected as part of the contest will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the contest and processing the prize distribution. It will not be used for advertising purposes or disclosed to unrelated third parties.
